Roy joined UES on a full-time basis as an administrator in 2019 and works remotely from Sydney, Australia. Roy’s primary roles include tender documents, service agreements, invoicing, client liaison, survey scheduling and project management.
Prior to working for UES, Roy was general manager for Compass Group at Kempton Park Racecourse. Leading a core team of 10 full-time employees and responsible for up to 350 casual employees during events. Managing approximately 80 horse racing fixtures per year including the King George Winter Festival, a key highlight in the racing calendar.
Roy graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.
