Ysobella joined UES in 2023 as a Graduate Ecologist after graduating from the University of Leeds with an integrated MBiol and BSc degree in Zoology.

In her current role at UES, Ysobella assists with ecological surveys including protected species and habitat surveys, biodiversity net gain assessments and report writing.

Ysobella holds a level three field identification skills certificate (FISC) from the Botanical Society of Britain & Ireland (BSBI), which certifies her as competent to undertake preliminary ecological appraisals.

Ysobella is a Qualifying CIEEM member and is currently working towards gaining her level 1 bat and great crested newt survey licences by undertaking surveys at UES and attending external training courses.
